HypnoBirthing® is a well-established and effective technique, encompassing both a philosophy and a comprehensive program designed to empower and prepare women for childbirth in a peaceful and remarkably beautiful manner.
These classes are led by Camber Doniach who is a maternal wellness coach, certified HypnoBirthing® instructor, a registered nurse and most importantly a of two.
This approach goes beyond the purely physical aspects of birth, acknowledging and addressing the psychological well-being of the mother, her birth partner, and the well-being of the newborn.
