Duluth Mom brings you the 2023 Guide to Preschools and Early Childhood Resources in Duluth! Let finding the right preschool be a positive experience, and may this resource guide you to the perfect preschool for your future student.

We reached out to preschools all over the Northland- between Two Harbors and Cloquet, Hermantown and Superior, WI. We heard from many that they are currently full and not enrolling new students. We want to encourage you to tour the school anyway and get on a waitlist if you find a school you love! Families’ locations and choices are shifting for different reasons every day in the Northland, don’t be discouraged!

{If you don’t see your favorite preschool listed, we’d love for you to encourage the director to reach out to us! The contact info is at the end of the guide.}

Help Me Grow | Duluth Mom

Help Me Grow provides resources for families to understand developmental milestones and learn if there are concerns. This helps families take the lead in seeking additional support or referring their child for a comprehensive, confidential screening or evaluation at no cost. Intervention services are based on your child’s individual needs in order to help your child learn and grow. Accessing intervention services as early as possible will ensure the best developmental outcomes for your child. High-quality intervention services can change a child’s developmental path and some children catch up to the same developmental levels as other children their age. Andrea Jang
A lake girl at heart, Andrea is thrilled to be a Duluthian! She lives in the Hillside with her husband, daughter (plus two angel babies that are with them in spirit), and two rescue pups. As a bi-racial and multicultural family, they have hopes and dreams of visiting her husband’s family in South Korea someday soon. Tiny joys that make her heart happy include: doodling, searching for sea glass, coffee with friends, fiber art, plants, a good vintage thrift find, music and great food & drinks. She also finds purpose in serving on the Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Justice (DEIJ) committee at her daughter’s school, and also on City Mom Collective’s Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) committee. You will find her building community, connections and friendships in the northland as the owner of Duluth Mom. She invites you to visit her on Instagram or on LinkedIn.
