Bloom 2022 was a beautiful night of connecting with moms, learning from local professionals and shopping local businesses! I mean, look at those smiles that our event photographer, Rachel, captured in the photo above. There were over 100 guests present – it felt SO GOOD to be in community with moms and dads IN PERSON!
We want to extend a huge thank you to our Bloom title sponsor Essentia Health for partnering with us to bring this event to Duluth! We also would like to thank our panelists, our table vendors, our giveaway and swag sponsors, and of course our guests!
We want to also thank our event host The Garden Wedding and Event Center! We loved having our event in the heart of Canal Park, such a special touch to the whole experience.
Guests enjoyed food and beverages from Catering by Bellisio’s.
Tidy Details brought in their best seating area for guests to make themselves comfy in. Isn’t the style they chose gorgeous and inviting?!
Bloom:: Celebrations Lounge!
The Lift Bridge Lounge was DECKED out with all things celebratory! Hucklebeary brought the party with decorations and pre-made gift package ideas for guests to purchase. Lauralloons made each mom a flower corsage and filled the space with balloons galore!
Bloom:: Community + Connection
We work to serve moms in our community by connecting them to other moms, and to local resources. It is tradition for our Bloom event to benefit a motherhood-related non-profit every year. This year we were able to donate a portion of the ticket sales totaling $200 to the YWCA’s Young Mother Program!
We were so excited to debut branded Duluth Mom mugs and swag bags at Bloom!
If you were not able to attend and would like a bag of your own we do have a limited amount available for purchase!
Bags will be available through August 30th, or until they sell out.
Bloom:: Event Photographer
Pink Moon Motherhood Photography celebrates the transformative, powerful beauty of motherhood in raw, emotive imagery, be it maternity, labor and delivery, or postpartum documentation. We are so thankful for her talents, both as a photographer and a Duluth Mom Contributor! She captured the sweetest photos of moms, partners and babies at Bloom.
Bloom:: Hear from the Experts
VIP Bloom guests had the opportunity to sit at tables in a small group setting and ask local professionals their pressing questions. We are so thankful for the time these women took out of their evenings to share their wisdom and knowledge with our community. You can read about their area of specialty and businesses below.

She works to help clients heal their traumatic birth experiences, adjust to their new role as a parent, figure out ways to increase restorative sleep while having a newborn to tend to, explore the impact of their own childhood on their approach to parenting, figure out boundaries to practice with family members to welcome more peace into their life, find creative ways to engage in and prioritize self care, and to learn what it truly means to be gentle to yourself and what that actually looks like in parenthood.
