Bloom 2022 was a beautiful night of connecting with moms, learning from local professionals and shopping local businesses! I mean, look at those smiles that our event photographer, Rachel, captured in the photo above. There were over 100 guests present – it felt SO GOOD to be in community with moms and dads IN PERSON!

We want to extend a huge thank you to our Bloom title sponsor Essentia Health for partnering with us to bring this event to Duluth! We also would like to thank our panelists, our table vendors, our giveaway and swag sponsors, and of course our guests!

Bloom:: Community + Connection

We work to serve moms in our community by connecting them to other moms, and to local resources.  It is tradition for our Bloom event to benefit a motherhood-related non-profit every year. This year we were able to donate a portion of the ticket sales totaling $200 to the YWCA’s Young Mother Program!

Bloom:: Giveaways!

We had over 18 awesome giveaways sponsored by national and local brands! Congrats to the lucky winners!

She works to help clients heal their traumatic birth experiences, adjust to their new role as a parent, figure out ways to increase restorative sleep while having a newborn to tend to, explore the impact of their own childhood on their approach to parenting, figure out boundaries to practice with family members to welcome more peace into their life, find creative ways to engage in and prioritize self care, and to learn what it truly means to be gentle to yourself and what that actually looks like in parenthood.

Andrea Jang
A lake girl at heart, Andrea is thrilled to be a Duluthian! She lives in the Hillside with her husband, daughter (plus two angel babies that are with them in spirit), and two rescue pups. As a bi-racial and multicultural family, they have hopes and dreams of visiting her husband’s family in South Korea someday soon. Tiny joys that make her heart happy include: doodling, searching for sea glass, coffee with friends, fiber art, plants, a good vintage thrift find, music and great food & drinks. She also finds purpose in serving on the Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Justice (DEIJ) committee at her daughter’s school, and also on City Mom Collective’s Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) committee. You will find her building community, connections and friendships in the northland as the owner of Duluth Mom. She invites you to visit her on Instagram or on LinkedIn.
