Happy Halloween! 🎃
At Duluth Mom, we’re feeling festive and want to spread our spooky joy on to you, our readers. So we’ve brewed up a plan to host our 3rd annual costume contest! We think it’s a great way to stay safe, because it’s a virtual event, but still give families the opportunity dress up your kiddos for sweet prizes.
The contest categories and rules are pretty straight-forward, you can read them below, and we can’t wait to see how creative you all get! To be perfectly honest, we’re really looking forward to cooing at all the cute littles in their costumes. We could all use a bit more light-hearted joy these days, dochya think?
Six Categories
- Best DIY/thrifted/homemade costume
- Best Group them costume {including 2 or more individuals}
- Best Adaptive costume (Does your child or family member use a wheel chair, a walker, special braces, a helmet etc. every day? Did you incorporate the equipment into a costume? Then this is the category for you! Please do not enter this category if you are using adaptive equipment as props for your costume, such as a cane for an elderly character etc. Thank you!)
- Cutest Costume under 2 years old
- Best face paint or make-up art
- Best costume of any aged child
