Bloom:: A Private Poetry Experience with Poet & Creative Coach, Molly Ovenden

You may recognize Molly from a segment of The Lift or you may have seen her with her typewriter near Yellow Bike at Fitger’s! She is gifting the first 50 General Admission ticket holders for Bloom a personalized poem written just for you, your baby, or your mom in celebration of new life and motherhood.

You will get a message from Molly Ovenden to schedule a 30 minute live online writing session. Then, you’ll speak with the writer herself about a topic for your poem and she’ll write it for you live via Zoom. The words and the experience are yours to keep.

You may request a copy of the poem typed on a vintage typewriter (just pay postage and handling)–this typewritten poem makes the most unique and gorgeous piece of nursery decor.

Each of these poems will be curated in an *exclusive* Duluth Mom Community Poetry Collection. As one of the 50 involved, you’ll get the chance to purchase the special hardcover keepsake collection for 20% off.

Andrea Jang
A lake girl at heart, Andrea is thrilled to be a Duluthian! She lives in the Hillside with her husband, daughter (plus two angel babies that are with them in spirit), and two rescue pups. As a bi-racial and multicultural family, they have hopes and dreams of visiting her husband’s family in South Korea someday soon. Tiny joys that make her heart happy include: doodling, searching for sea glass, coffee with friends, fiber art, plants, a good vintage thrift find, music and great food & drinks. She also finds purpose in serving on the Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Justice (DEIJ) committee at her daughter’s school, and also on City Mom Collective’s Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) committee. You will find her building community, connections and friendships in the northland as the owner of Duluth Mom. She invites you to visit her on Instagram or on LinkedIn.
