Duluth Mom is turning SEVEN and we want to celebrate with you!
Can you believe it?! It hardly seems possible that we’ve been enjoying this incredible community of Northland mamas for seven whole years!
Of course, by now you know that Duluth Mom will take any opportunity to celebrate so we are going to celebrate with YOU by throwing a PARTY! And by party, we mean a gorgeous, swanky gala at the Glensheen! Pull out your best dress (only if dressing up brings you joy and is easy!), grab your best mom bud, and join us for an evening of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, decadent sweets, giveaways, and swag.
We will kick off the evening with self-guided Classic tours of the Glensheen Mansion {the halls will be all decked out for the holiday} between 6 and 7.
A cocktail hour follows – mingle, help yourself to delish hors d’oeuvres and desserts, and browse the giveaway table. We’ll draw winners of our giveaways at 8 and announce the winners shortly after, so make sure you stick around to claim your amazing prizes.
Our birthday gala would not be possible without our longtime community partner St. Luke’s.

We are so excited to welcome back Emmalee from Emmalee Ruth Photography as our official event photographer! The lighting at the mansion can be tricky to photograph in so she is going to work her magic to get you a pic in front of the iconic Glensheen grand staircase tree, right in the entryway.
Community Giving :: Annual Birthday Gala
Each Duluth Mom event hosted throughout the year always includes a community component where event guests have the opportunity to give back to a chosen non-profit or cause. This year Duluth Mom will be donating $5 from each ticket sold to Reggie Christensen.
We have never hosted a Birthday Gala without Reggie. She has been my Glensheen Hostess with the Mostess for six years. Reggie has been the one who greeted each mom at the front door, the very first face you would see when you arrived at the Gala. She is the one who is normally listed most on my call log while she plans how she is going to set each linen and centerpiece with care to create the cozy, festive ambiance that we are used to at the Birthday Gala. This year Reggie is spending time in Ohio as she receives treatment for reoccurring cancer.
We want to let Reggie know how much we have appreciated the part she has played in making the gala possible, how much her presence will be missed, and how much we are thinking of her during this season.
