Northland 5K Run Walk for Food Allergy by ALEIA Project

Round up your family and friends and join ALEIA Project for the Northland 5K for Food Allergy! Race will begin at 8 AM at Leif Erikson Park in Duluth, MN. This is a chip-timed run/walk event. It is an out-and-back course and follows the Lakewalk toward Canal Park with the turn-around point just before the lighthouse. There will be awards for the top runners and prize drawings for everyone registered! T-shirts will be guaranteed to 5K participants who register by May 1st, 2024.

Online registration will be open starting 2/9/24 at 12 PM and will close on 5/24/24 at 11:59 PM. In-person registration will also be available on race morning at Leif Erikson Park; however, t-shirts will not be guaranteed to those who register at this time.

Additionally, after the 5K, there will be a short Kids Fun Run. The run will be approximately 400 meters and run a circle around Leif Erikson Park.

Allergy-conscious food/beverages will be enjoyed after the event. Additionally, there will be lawn games, kids activities, allergy-aware business/product info and samples to take home, as well as representation from the Duluth Fire Fighters and EMT staff.
