We are extremely thankful to our title sponsor, St. Luke’s as it is their generosity and support that allows this event to take place! We couldn’t be more excited to welcome 90+  local Duluth area moms and their girlfriends to the gorgeous Clyde Iron Works in October for a beautiful morning of shopping and connecting with other local moms and businesses in our area.

Please join St. Luke’s at the Duluth Moms Blog’s exciting new Sip and Shop event! St. Luke’s Pelvic Floor Therapist Emily Johnson will be talking about self-assessment for diastasis rectus, which is when abdominal muscles separate during pregnancy, leaving a gap that allows your belly to pooch out. Stop by Emily’s booth to learn quick, simple and practical tips for making it better. Then be sure to visit Certified Nurse Midwives Scot Hart and Amanda Johnson. Did you know midwives work with women long after they’ve given birth? In fact, midwives can provide women with care for the rest of their lives so you don’t have to be pregnant to see them. Intrigued? Say hi to the midwives and learn how they can help moms at every age.

Every ticket holder will receive this Duluth Moms tumbler filled with some fun swag items from local businesses!

Get your tickets HERE! Tickets go on sale Thursday, September 20th at 8:30 pm for general public
